Jelly Beans

These Jelly Beans from The Natural Confectionery Co. of Australia does not have any artificial colourings and flavourings! Which is good news, since most of the colourings used in candies tend to be synthetically created, and there have been some known side effects like allergies and hyperactivity in children!

The beans are flavoured using fruit juice concentrate and have natural food colours extracted from fruits, vegetables and plants (anthocyanin, chlorophyll, turmeric, paprika oleoresin, grape skin extract).

Almost perfect, except that the fact that sugar accounts for some 71.0% of the product (as stated on the nutrional information panel found on back of product)!
