Organic Rainforest Gum


Fresh from Mexico, the first certified organic, 100% natural and biodegradable chewing gum ever made" has been launched in the United Kingdom.
According to manufacturer Mayan Rainforest Co., Ltd., the product is created by combining 40% organic gum base (chicle melted together with natural waxes), before organic sweeteners and natural flavors are added.
The "all-natural components" of this biodegradable gum "will become dust within weeks" once disposed of, it is also claimed. Three varieties are being offered initially, all available in boxes and are flavoured: Spearmint, Wild Mint, and Heirloom Lime.
