Chuao Chocolatier has introduced Choco Pod Dark Chocolate in the USA.
Offered in a Firecracker variety, it is said to be an artisan crafted blend of dark chocolate with chipotle chile, salt and popping candy. The "perfect petite indulgence, (is) a slim, but satisfying chocolate decadence with less than 60 calories per serving."
The dark chocolate is presented in a laminate wrapper.The combination of dark chocolate, chipotle chile and popping candy is definitely a first for the chocolate candy market.
