Shiitake Mushroom High Fibre Sausages

Chinese sausages with shiitake mushrooms and inulin is the result of a collabration between Singapore Polytechnic and veteran local food manufacturer, Golden Glory Food Industries.

Marketed under Dragon Phoenix Brand and boosting a fibre content of more then 6%, it sure is a interesting way to get fibre from meat!
